What this site collects

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request.

If you join the email list

Your email address is submitted to the email provider used for the newsletter and stored there. It is used to send occasional letters and nothing else. It is not sold, rented, or shared. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you.

If you send a speaking inquiry

What you type into the inquiry form — your name, email, organization, event details, and message — is delivered by the form provider and kept only to answer you and arrange the event.

Analytics

If site analytics are enabled, they are aggregate and cookie-less: page views and referrers, no individual profiles.

The shop

Purchases happen on a separate Shopify store and on Amazon. Those are separate services with their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the email list at any time, and you can ask for your email address or an inquiry to be deleted by writing to the contact address on the speaking page.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here.
